A membership gives you unlimited access so you can download all of the scripts and services. You can receive tech support for any purchased software scripts as well.

How can I find out if a new script has been released?

Please subscribe to our newsletter. You will receive updates about the latest scripts. We usually announce new releases and updates in the newsletter. You can also subscribe to our Development Blog to find the latest scripts at iScripts.com.

How can I list my site with iScripts if an iScripts script is installed on that site?

Please use the showcase links to list your site on iScripts.com. This will give your site more exposure and traffic.

Do you provide a hosting account along with your script?

No. We do not provide any hosting accounts along with scripts. You can use a web host from this list of hosting companies supporting iScripts products.

If I need support, how do I get it?

We provide you with many resources and avenues for support. If you have a question or an issue, there are many options within our support community available to you. Have questions answered, problems fixed, connect with programmers as well as other users, make suggestions and grow your business utilizing the following routes:

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS AND ISSUES

  1. Check the FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions. We all follow a similar path at times. All FAQs are updated often for your convenience. Please check this area first.
  2. To reach the qualified programmers, iScripts has a 24-hour Help Desk where you can submit all technical issues. We respond to every ticket in the order it was received within one business day.

    Please be clear and specific in your request for help. Entries like "Help! It doesn't work!" do not give much information and tend to take longer to fix. Explain everything that led up to your problem. Try to explain what your current problem is. Be clear about what is not happening and what you want to happen.

    Name, Email, Domain, Software Password, Your Hosting Control Panel Information, and Your Detailed Issue.
    Depending on the issue you are experiencing, we may require more information.

  4. Reach out to other software users through our Help Forum. Chat with other users, ask questions, give advice, and connect.

What if I'm not technically qualified to install the downloaded scripts?

All the scripts have a simple installer that lets you install the script easily. Also, you have the readme files that give step-by-step instructions on installation. If you are not able to install the scripts yourself, please use our installation service where we install the script for you. You can purchase the professional installation service when you buy the product or afterward.

How long will it take for iScripts to install the product for me if I purchase a professional installation service?

Once we receive your server details including the FTP and username/password, we will install the product on your server/hosting account in one business day.

C. Questions About Customization

How do I customize the scripts to work for me?

As almost all of our products are non-encrypted, you can modify them to work the way you desire. In case you are not able to do so, please use our customization service to achieve the results that you need. Please send us an email with detailed requirements, and we will get back to you with a fixed price.

What if I need a completely new script that is not available on iScripts.com?

We can develop any type of web script for you on PHP, .NET, or Flex. For this please use the script request form in your account to let us know what kind of software you require.

D. Questions About Products

Is there a demo available for all products?

All products listed on iScripts.com include an online demo. This will help you get a complete idea of the product and get yourself acclimated before you purchase the actual script. We do not offer demo versions of software you can try on your server.

Is there a free trial available for the products sold through iScripts?

We provide free trials for certain scripts sold through iScripts. Usually, these scripts are licensed scripts, and there may be a free license available for a limited-time use. Not all scripts have free trials.

Are there any hosting requirements to use your products?

Yes, please refer to the requirements section of our product selling sites.

Is help provided with the products?

There is a help link available for easy assistance with the products.

E. Questions About Product Purchase

What exactly will I receive if the product I ordered is delivered by email?

You will receive a product download link and purchase details, within 10 minutes after the purchase.

How can I order online as a new customer?

Please be sure to carefully fill out all your personal information in the order form. It is imperative to enter the correct email address since all the important information regarding your order, your receipt, and generally the product you ordered, will be sent to this email address. Lastly, please enter all the information in the payment form, and confirm all entries by clicking on "Checkout" You will then see a final order confirmation page.

How secure is online ordering?

When ordering online within iScripts, we guarantee that the information you submit will be 100% protected. All the information including your name, address, phone number, and credit card number is kept safe by using government licensed SSL encryption technology. This state-of-the-art software encrypts your transactions through a secure server for absolute safety. Your personal information cannot be read as it travels through the secure ordering system. Safeguards are also applied to every mail order.

When do you deliver the purchased products?

All the software products are available for download immediately after payment. We will also send you a link for download by email.

What payment options are available when placing an order?

We accept credit cards only.

Can I remove the copyright label from the scripts?

The "Powered by iScripts.com" link at the bottom should not be removed from iScripts products by default. If you want to remove it, please purchase the Copyright Removal License for the particular product. Copyright label removal does not make you the owner of the script even though it removes our name and the links to our sites from the installed website. Copyright notices in the source code should not be changed. You can purchase Copyright Removal License when you buy the software or later.
